They were following the promotion of a television channel for children and the client wanted to understand which TV characters received more attention from the public:
We started listening to the network, intercepting online conversations about each character in the previous 12 months. Our agents meticulously checked the sentiment of every mention, to be able to accurately assess the online reputation of each character. Then they studied the results obtained by each of them on their social channels.
The comparison on the word of mouth and the results of each character allowed the agency to discover the strengths of each one, and the weak spots to work on.
